Everything was great, had a really comfortable stay for 3 nights. We stayed in a tidy room with a lovely bathtub. The facilities such as central heating, a flat-screen TV and a fridge were available.

The staff were so relaxed, didn't expect that coming.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. First, the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to subways and buses. We were able to visit all the sights we wanted to see without any hassle. Additionally, the rooms were well-designed and spacious, with a lovely bathtub that was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The attention to detail in the decor and cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive. Lastly, having breakfast included at the local Starbucks was a great bonus.

Considering the affordable prices, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the level of service provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

All in all, everything was top-notch and there was nothing to complain about.

This hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore all the sights we wanted to see. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with a separate toilet from the main bathroom. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complementary bottles of water and the drinks voucher on arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

No significant negatives to mention, all was satisfactory.

Good for long stay, with a quiet atmosphere. Superbly friendly staff, nicely equipped, large room with tasteful decor, comfy beds and the main bathroom. Lots of options for savoury breakfast. Location adjacent to the train station, and metro stop and downtown. Good experience there.

The total stay was very very good for 3 nights. The staff were especially helpful, the room was beautifully decorated with decent sized bathroom, separate toilet and comfy beds. Also, location was comfortable, within walking distance of Kawaramachi.

We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the subway and also located near a big crossroad with many busses. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the wetroom which had a bath and a shower area in a separate room. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the cleaners did an excellent job daily. The staff were the best part of our stay, as they were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for things to do in this city.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Location near central train station and public transport, and bus stop and bar area. For shots visit Niku Bar Daiki, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel. A great selection of options for savoury breakfast.
